Piedmont Mixed-Use Buildings
A ground-up mixed-use development located in the Piedmont/Oakland neighborhood. The project consists of three buildings with contemporary apartments over creative commercial space. The commercial spaces are comprised of art and fitness studios. The units leased quickly and were praised by the San Francisco Chronicle. Bitzer Banker Development entitled, developed and were the general contractors for the project.
