DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION Expertise

Bitzer Banker is unique in its wide range of development skills.  Since its inception in 2009, the team has developed ground-up apartments, ground-up commercial, ground-up homes, industrial-to-office conversions, single family subdivisions and value-add rehabilitations of all kinds.

DESIGN Expertise

Bitzer Banker’s Design team works in tandem with the company’s Development & Construction group to execute the design and quality of its investments. A commitment to quality has led to award-winning projects and positive reviews from the San Francisco Chronicle’s renowned architectural critic.

“For me, the unapologetic punch of Piedmont Walk is a knockout. The forms are simple but they’re delivered with conviction rather than repetition. And the closer you look the better it gets.”

— John King, San Francisco Chronicle Architectural Critic
