An urban infill small-lot subdivision comprised of four 2,500 square foot contemporary homes. The project was built into a steep hillside located off Piedmont Avenue in the Oakland/Piedmont neighborhood. Each home has a roof top deck with views of the Piedmont hills and a central bamboo and steel stairway. The homes incorporate sustainable and green building practices throughout. The homes sold quickly and were praised by the San Francisco Chronicle. Bitzer Banker Development entitled, developed and general contracted the project.
