Temescal West

Temescal West is a fully entitled mixed-use development comprised of 2 commercial studios and 22 residences one block north of the MacArthur BART station in the Temescal neighborhood of Oakland. The unit types will be a blend of market-rate and affordable units. Bitzer Banker successfully obtained a thirty-five percent increase in density under the California State Density Bonus Law. Each building will have rooftop decks with views of San Francisco and the East Bay Hills.  All units will have at least ten-foot ceilings throughout.
