Bitzer Banker purchased and redeveloped a portfolio of distressed Victorian Homes in North Oakland and Berkeley. The portfolio was substantially rehabbed & repositioned over a period of three years. The development scope comprised of adding new buildings, lifting buildings to add additional floors, and expanding building footprints. The construction work included new foundations, roofs, mechanical, electrical and plumbing for every building. The homes incorporate sustainable and green building practices throughout.
