Bitzer Banker purchased and redeveloped a portfolio of distressed apartment buildings in West Oakland. The portfolio was substantially rehabbed & repositioned over a period of four years. The development scope comprised of adding ADU units, lifting buildings to add additional floors, and expanding building footprints. The construction work included new foundations, roofs, mechanical, electrical and plumbing for every building.
