INDUSTRIAL TO Creative Office CONVERSION
BitzerBanker redeveloped a 20,000 SF industrial building in the SOMA neighborhood of San Francisco redeveloped into creative office space. The industrial to office conversion included a change-of-use approval from the City of San Francisco and a full structural upgrade to current standards. The project quickly attracted WordPress as the single occupancy tenant. Upon project completion, WordPress was the most popular website manager on the web. The project has received design accolades from top design publications such as ArchDaily and Materials & Sources. Bitzer Banker Development led the redevelopment from entitlements, to construction and through tenant improvement build-out.
